Terms & Conditions and Warranty
- We offer a standard warranty of 1 month. The warranty is subject to no physical damage or liquid damage).
- Our Warranty is only covered for the repair service we did and not for any other fault that may exist at the time of repair or may crop up in the future. For example: If you buy a Complete LCD Replacement service for your iPhone 6 Plus, the warranty cover is only for Complete LCD Replacement Repair Service done for your iPhone 6 Plus only. We recommend you should inform us about any other fault other than the one you have bought from us and get the same repaired from us as well.
- The warranty cover is specific only for the repair service we have provided (which only includes the replacement part that we have replaced)
- The warranty provided shall be void if the replacement part we have replaced is physically broken or exhibits signs of physical breakage caused by negligence of the user.
- In case of Sony Xperia phones, there may be scenarios where we do the screen replacement and within a few days the screen may crack on it's own. We would suggest and recommend yourself to read about the same problem and the internet rather than making efforts to avail the warranty as in scenarios mentioned above shall not be covered in the warranty.
- Also, please note that there is no rule where phone dropped depends on the height from which it is dropped as the problem can also be with the phone designs and it shall not be covered in the warranty.
- Please note that warranty is only for the replacement service, which means if applicable we can do the replacement service again, however it does not entitle for refunds of any kind.
Note : As a normal and usual policy, we send the repaired phones back to yourself the same day we receive it. However there may be a scenario when there may occur a shortage of spares, in which case it may take us a day or two more to post your repaired phone/device back to yourself.
